Team Leader

I grew up in Southern Manitoba and spent much of my formative years in a small-town setting. I had many jobs as a younger man, starting as a tradesman then following my passion for music into that industry. My wife and I moved to Winnipeg after being married and starting a family. We spent over 10 years living in Winnipeg as a family of 4 before finding our dream property in Southern Manitoba. 

I worked in retail sales for years before getting into Real Estate. As a family we bought, fixed up, and sold several homes, which peaked my interest as every home we bought turned into a great investment. Eventually, we bought an investment property which added fuel to the fire of my interest and led me to consider the transition into Real Estate Sales. 

In 2012 I became licensed as a Realtor® and began my career, I still wonder to this day why it took me soo long to find this industry! On much of my marketing materials, you will find 3 words: Service, Integrity & Trust. These 3 words are at the core of what I want to represent to my clients. In this position, I have the privilege of helping people buy & sell properties that represent a very significant investment, and often a life's worth of equity and savings. I am honored that clients trust me to help them through this process and want to provide them with valuable services & expertise. My goal is to create satisfied clients so that they will want to buy or sell their next home with me and feel confident recommending me to their family & friends.


Assistant & Transaction Co-ordinator

On every team there has to be one person who's strength lies in being extremely organized! Nancy is that person for our team, she wears many hats. The most important one is in ensuring that every step of the transaction is met on time, and everyone receives the required documents between lawyers, brokers & lenders.

She ensures it is smooth process from beginning to end.


Buyer's Agent

Born and raised in Red Lake, Ontario, I understand what relationship building is all about. I understand the importance of open and honest communication, which will ensure my success in the real estate community. First impression is key!

I have always had a love for helping create a home for clients and I graduated from the Interior Decorating program at Algonquin College, in Ottawa, ON. This is a major asset to my ability to promote your property by giving you little tips and tricks on how to stage your home and how to deal with problem areas. This will ensure you get the best price in the best time frame.

My character is founded on the morality of trust and honesty, and of course the integrity to do the right thing and putting your needs first. I am well aware that I owe my success to each client and the impact I leave by serving them.


Admin Assistant

Leah Dowse joined in 2021 and is quickly becoming an asset to the team. Her positive-enthusiastic energy are contagious and can be experienced through her interactions with clients. Leah's role includes administrative support, marketing support & client communications. If you call the office her cheery voice will likely be the one greeting you!
